This app is awesome. Its very convenient & I use it everyday to regularly workout. Its helpful that they have a few workouts with a combination of different exercises. It makes it a lot easier for me to get quick results! Love it!

Every time I even try to open this app, it always did the same thing and just crashed. I know that I am also not the only one. Ive searched online to find out what others said and they said the same thing as me.
I recommend this app to anyone who wants toned legs & some of the workouts on this app also helps a little bit for your lower abs!! Very helpful!! I love it!

The other apps are great but this one wont even load.
Not my favorite but not that bad.
Very good apps and nice works out The only problem that when I Press the home button then back to the app it loads work outs from the beginning " No Multitasking "

This app is a wonderful app, and I have the full version of it and most of their workout apps. That 11 year old saying " the hardest workout is the opposite of hard" is just like all 11 year olds saying stuff like that. "Im not cold"" that doesnt hurt" blah blah cant admit it. This app has made me ripped just as arm and ab workouts pro have. Suggestion, make an app to help with running. Some for running, and some for sprinting. Thanks!
Workouts are not tough at all. I play soccer and I am looking to really strengthen my legs so I can take better free kicks. This app has horrible workouts

I am 13, so honestly I shouldnt be worrying about my weight, but I do. I am a cheerleader and I have been looking to strengthen my body and not have just flab on my legs, this app helped tremendously!! I recommend this for anyone looking to build muscle.
It explained exercises thoroughly and dually supplied a routine which acclimated over time to keep me actually working myself out and toning myself than just doing what I could handle.
It works!! Im 11 and I got to admit this app is one of the best workout apps Ive had
